How to reach Boho Rooms
From the Airport
From the airport, the best way to reach Boho Rooms is by bus.
Take the bus line 1X or 1N (23:00–5:00).
There is a bus every 30 minutes.
Get off the bus at Zografou (Ζωγράφου) bus stop.
Boho Rooms are then a 2-minute walk away.
Parking
You can find 8 free parking spaces right in front of the hotel (just note that one spot is reserved for 15-minute parking).
We also have 4 additional parking spots secured with chains. Each chain has a numbered locker, and here are the corresponding codes:
1 → 191
2 → 282
3 → 373
4 → 464
If all these spots are taken, no worries—you can usually find free parking in the surrounding area as well.
Just a small tip: please don’t leave any personal belongings visible inside your car.
If you prefer private parking, there’s Parking Iltsios on the next street (Promitheos 36). It costs around 6–10€ per day and is open until 19:30:

Train Station & Metro
From the train station, Boho Rooms are a 3-minute walk away.
Also there, are the metro.
The metro is located at the train station.
You can take the metro from there.
Boho Rooms are close to the train and metro station.
Check in Time
Check-in is available from 15:00 (3:00 PM) onwards.
Early check-in is not guaranteed and can be arranged only upon prior request and confirmation, depending on availability and housekeeping schedules.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we kindly ask for your understanding as we may need time to prepare the apartment after the previous guest’s departure.
Guests arriving before 15:00 without prior arrangement may need to wait until the official check-in time.
You will receive your check-in instructions and keybox code a day before your confirmed arrival time.

Check out Time
Check-out is required by 11:00 AM on the day of your departure.
This allows us enough time to thoroughly clean and prepare the apartment for the next guest.
Late Check-out
Late check-out may be possible only upon prior request and confirmation, and is subject to availability. Please contact us at least one day in advance if you need extra time.
Luggage Storage
If you’re departing later in the day, you’re welcome to use our luggage lockers, available in each building.
Lockers are self-service and can be accessed securely with a key(provided upon request).
Ideal for storing your bags safely until your departure time.
Ask us for locker availability and access instructions during your stay or at check-out.
Laundry Facilities
All our buildings are equipped with shared washing machines and dryers, available for guest use.
Whether you’re staying longer or just want to travel light, you can easily wash and dry your clothes on site, at no extra cost.
Instructions and detergent are provided.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the room in the form of a Lunch Box. For your convenience, please let us know when you would like to receive it.
Available hours are 08.00-08.15 or 09.00-09.15
Once you have chosen the time that suits you, our hotel staff , will deliver the Lunch Box to you.
It includes:
bread, cheese, salami, cherry tomatoes, olives, egg, cake, strained yogurt, honey, butter, jam, halva, chocolate, water,
orange juice, instant coffee, tea, sugar, milk, etc.
