1. Refundable Cancellation Policy

Check-in: From 15:00 (self check-in via key safe, without host presence)

Check-out: Until 11:00

Free cancellation is available up to 5 days before arrival.

If cancelled within 5 days before arrival, the total reservation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

No-show: In case of no arrival without cancellation, the total reservation cost will be charged.

To cancel: Use the cancellation link provided in your confirmation email.
2. Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy

All cancellations made after booking are non-refundable.

3. General Booking Conditions

Prepayment: Full payment is required at the time of booking via credit, debit, or prepaid card.
Taxes & Fees

VAT: 13%

City Tax: 0.5% per night

Residence Tax:

€2.00/night (March–October)

Taxes are applied according to Greek tax law (Art. 39A, Law 4172/2013; POL.1069/2015; POL.1112/2017).
House Rules
-
Smoking: Not permitted in any indoor or shared spaces.

Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-
Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed in the booking confirmation may stay.
-
Cleaning Service: For stays shorter than 3 nights, cleaning and linen changes are not provided.
