01 — Getting here

Three easy ways in from the city.

We sit at the heart of Thessaloniki, minutes from the airport bus and even closer to the metro. Choose what suits your luggage and the light.

From the airport

Board bus 1X or 1N from Terminal Ground Floor. Every thirty minutes, into the heart of town. Exit at NS Stathmos, then it is a few minute walk to the door.

1X1N

From the train station

Alight, cross the plaza, and the property is a three minute walk. The Nea Elvetia metro line runs from alongside the same station for onward travel.

By taxi or private car

Roughly twenty minutes from the airport in low traffic. Set your driver to Stamatiou Regoukou 4, Thessaloniki. Free street parking usually opens up right around us.

02 — Parking

Room for the car, no meter running.

Central Thessaloniki can be tight on parking during the working day. Around the corner from the property, you will usually find a spot without much circling.

  • First day fifteen euros, ten euros per day thereafter
  • Cash or card accepted

03 — Check-in

Self check-in, but never alone.

There is no reception counter and there is no queue, but there is always someone on the other end of a message. Here is how the arrival flows.

1

Instructions, keybox code and map arrive by email.

2

15:00 onwards

Standard check-in window opens. Doors ready, keys ready.

Wi-Fi, coffee, and a note from us waiting on the table.

Arriving before 15:00?

Early check-in is offered whenever housekeeping allows. Send a note the evening before and we will confirm. If the room is not ready, drop your bags in the ground floor locker and take a stroll, we will alert you the minute it is set.

04 — During your stay

Small comforts, all included.

The essentials of a longer stay, without the surcharges you would expect from a hotel. Everything below is complimentary.

Fast Wi-Fi

Fibre in every room. Network TODO, password TODO. Copy it from the panel at the top of this page.

Laundry

Every building has a shared washer and dryer, free of charge. Detergent and instructions are provided in the utility corner.

Luggage lockers

Self-service, secure lockers on every ground floor. Perfect for the day between check-out and your flight.

05 — Check-out

Leave gently, we will handle the rest.

Standard check-out is eleven in the morning. Leave the keys in the keybox and the door will lock itself. No forms, no goodbyes at the desk.

Late check-out

Request at least one day in advance. We will confirm depending on the next arrival. Same-day requests are handled case by case, and often granted in low season.

Bags after 11:00

Drop them in the ground floor locker with your personal code. The city waits at the door, no need to drag a wheeled bag through the neighbourhood.

06 — Small print

Questions we hear often.

If yours is not here, a message on WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach a human on our team.

Is the property staffed twenty-four hours?

Not on site, no. We are, however, on WhatsApp and phone around the clock, twenty-four hours a day. Nothing about your arrival, WiFi, or keys should ever require a face at a desk.

Can you host families with children and cots?

Yes. Cots and high chairs are complimentary but limited, so please request them at booking. Some of our apartments open onto quiet garden yards which parents tend to prefer.

Are pets welcome?

Much as we adore them personally, our rooms are not pet-friendly. It is a house rule we keep for the comfort of every guest and for the specific requirements of our building. Thank you for understanding.

Where can we eat and drink nearby?

Thessaloniki is a treasure chest for slow dinners and late-night wine. Ask us on the day of arrival for a shortlist tailored to your evening plans, we keep it up to date season by season.
