How It Works
- Booking. Reserve the property of your choice (direct on our site or via Booking/Airbnb).
- Confirmation. Receive booking details 24-48 hours before arrival.
- Access instructions. At 12:00 on arrival day we send SMS and email with: the address, walking/driving directions, a unique keypad or lockbox code, and full WiFi/heating info.
- Arrival. Go to the address, enter the code, walk in. Keys are inside the apartment (where needed).

When do I get the access instructions?
At 12:00 on arrival day, by email and SMS. If you need them earlier (e.g. early-morning flight), email [email protected] and we”ll send them sooner.
What if the code does not work?
Phone/WhatsApp +30 694 349 2992 (24/7). Local support has backup codes and can open remotely or come on-site within 15-20 minutes.
Do I need to show ID on arrival?
No. You provide ID details only during the online booking (required only for invoice issuance).
I arrive at 4am. Problem?
None. Self check-in works 24/7. Come any time. All you need is your unique code.
Where do I leave keys at check-out?
Usually inside the apartment (on the table or at a specified spot, mentioned in the instructions). No need to meet anyone to leave.
I have luggage — can I drop off before official check-in time?
Yes, in most properties. Contact us one day in advance and we”ll send luggage drop-off instructions (typically inside the apartment or in a secure spot).
